 Statement of vision

 Our vision is:

- to help achieve the Five Marks of Mission

- to meet the spiritual needs of the Parish by developing our Anglican tradition of worship.

- to develop a more active role in Mission and Ministry in our daily lives, as a witness to the power of God’s love in our community.

- to encourage youngsters and young adults to attend worship and be involved in the life of our Church; to attract and welcome new and returning worshippers; to be inclusive.

- to encourage better use and sharing of our time and talents within and beyond the Parish.

- to become more outward looking in our role as the Church for the whole Parish.

- to build the extension and make good use of it.

The Five Marks of Mission are:

1. To proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom

2. To teach baptise and nurture new believers

3. To respond to human need by loving service

4. To seek to transform unjust structures of society

5. To strive to safeguard the integrity of creation and sustain and renew the earth.
