Advent Course – Faith, Hope and Charity
Dec 13 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

There will be an Advent course running on the three Wednesdays of Advent (6th, 13th and 20th December).

The morning session will start at 11.00am after the Eucharist and the evening course will start at 6.30pm followed by Compline (the evening ending at around 7.50 pm).

The course is based on three sonnets which Malcolm Guite wrote for Christmas and various paintings and pictures that complement the sonnets.

Each session, although linked by the sonnets, will stand alone and therefore if you cannot make all three it won’t matter. We would love you to join us as we take time out from the hustle and bustle of Christmas preparation to think of the real significance of Christianity in today’s world.

If you need any further information please contact Jacquie Messinger on 01206 760742 or jacquie@stleonardslexden.org.uk
