Who are 7th Heaven

7th Heaven is a group expressing worship through dance at St Leonard’s Church, Lexden. The group is aimed at young people, though there is no specific age restriction. There is a simple audition to join; any child who is enthusiastic and able to express themselves using the medium of dance will be welcome.

How will 7th Heaven be run?

The group meets on Monday evenings between 6.00-6.45pm during term time, on dates advised by letter and on our web-link. The group will work towards providing a meaningful contribution to special services at St Leonard’s and adding a new dimension to worship.

The children will be given tuition to learn rhythmic sequences of movement and perform them showing an appropriate response to the music. At the same time they will have the fun of performing with others that have the same interest.
