Important update during the COVID pandemic

For the latest information on worship at St Leonard’s please see our ‘Home & News‘ page.   Live-streamed and recorded services can be found here: www.facebook.com/stleonardslexden.  During the pandemic our housegroups not meeting physically, but there are a number of courses, gatherings and online breakfasts available through Zoom. Please see our facebook page for more information.

Our pre-pandemic pattern can be found below below.

Housegroups meet on days other than Sundays!. They are a great way to find out more about faith, church, discipleship (how we grow as Christians) and get to know people outside of Sunday services.

There are various groups meeting once a month, on various days:

• 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm at 20 Wordsworth Rd. Contact Rosemary on (01206) 515245 or rosemary(at)stleonardslexden.org.uk, please replace the (at) with @ in your email.
• We also have a daytime group which meets on the 2nd Thursday at 2.30pm at 19 Wordsworth Road, contact Hugh and Mary on (01206) 564577 or hugh(at)stleonardslexden.org.uk, please replace the (at) with @ in your email.
• Our Men’s Prayer Breakfast is on the first Saturday of the month at 8.30am in church. Contact David Watkins on (01206) 861250 or davidw(at)stleonardslexden.org.uk, please replace the (at) with @ in your email.
• Our Women’s Prayer Breakfast is on the third Saturday of the month at 8.30am in church. Contact Esther Heptonstall on (01206) 767666 or esther(at)stleonardslexden.org.uk, please replace the (at) with @ in your email.

You would be very welcome to join one – no previous experience necessary (or even expected). Tea, coffee, chat, laughter are compulsory though!
